Which sources do you check?
Healthcare screening focuses on federal exclusions and supported state sanctions. Source coverage and available identifiers vary. Contact us to confirm the sources needed for your organization before setup.
How often are providers checked?
Monitoring timing depends on the source’s update schedule and your account configuration. We’ll confirm the sources and check frequency for your account before service starts. A source that publishes less frequently cannot provide new information between its updates.
What happens when a potential match is found?
The finding is placed in Review so your team can compare provider information with the source record. Choose Same person, Different person, or Unsure. Your decision is recorded in the provider’s review history. A similar name alone does not confirm identity.
Can I add, remove, or replace providers?
You can import, edit, and remove providers as your roster changes. Plans are intended for your ongoing provider roster. If you expect high turnover or repeated large roster replacements, discuss your needs with us so we can confirm the appropriate allowance and terms.
What if I exceed my provider limit?
Choose a larger allowance as your roster grows. For more than 1,000 providers, contact us for pricing. We’ll confirm the plan and any price change with you before you purchase or change service.
Are there setup fees or additional charges?
The cards above show proposed monthly subscription prices for the listed provider allowances. We’ll confirm your total, any applicable taxes, and any setup, SMS, integration, or other usage charges before you agree to paid service.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
